Make sure your Finishing Touch Flawless™ Pedi is turned OFF. To remove the existing head, press the button at the very top of your device. Hold, then pull the top of the roller head away from the device. It should release easily. To place a new head in its place, slip the widest part of the roller head into the bottom of the opening; then, slip the narrowest part into the top. With gentle pressure, the roller head should click into place.
Keep in mind that replacement heads are not cylindrical: the widest past of the head is the "bottom", while the narrowest part is the "top". If you can't fit the roller head easily into the device, check whether you have it the right way up.
